Exhibitor Terms & Conditions
1. Application Process
1.1. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance as an exhibitor at Haute Jewels.
1.2. All applications are reviewed on a one-to-one basis to ensure alignment with the event’s standards of luxury, craftsmanship, and brand positioning.
1.3. Applicants may be required to provide additional information or supporting materials upon request.
1.4. Haute Jewels does not charge any application fees or request any payments before the application process is complete.
2. Selection & Approval
2.1. The selection of exhibitors is at the sole discretion of the Haute Jewels organisng team.
2.2. All accepted applicants will be handled on a one-to-one basis with the owner/CEO, who will directly contact them using the details provided in the application.
2.3. Personalised arrangements will be made to ensure a mutually beneficial exhibition experience, and contracts will only be drawn once both parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
2.4. Haute Jewels reserves the right to decline any application without obligation to provide a reason.
3. Fees & Payment
3.1. Once an applicant is accepted as an exhibitor, they will receive details regarding fees, payment terms, and contractual obligations.
3.2. Payment terms will be agreed upon and outlined in the final exhibitor contract.
3.3. Failure to meet payment deadlines and contractual agreements may result in forfeiture of exhibition space.
3.4. All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the exhibitor contract.
4. Exhibitor Obligations
4.1. Exhibitors must comply with all event rules, setup and breakdown schedules, and venue regulations.
4.2. Haute Jewels will provide overall 24/7 security during the exhibition to ensure the safety and security of the event as a whole. However, each exhibitor is solely responsible for their own products, personnel, display items, jewellery, timepieces, and any other valuables. Haute Jewels shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property.
4.3. Exhibitors must ensure that all products displayed align with the brand and quality standards expected at Haute Jewels.
5. Event Modifications & Cancellations
5.1. Haute Jewels reserves the right to modify event dates, location, or format only if absolutely necessary.
5.2. In the case of event cancellation, Haute Jewels will communicate next steps and any applicable refund policies.
5.3. If an exhibitor chooses to withdraw after confirmation, cancellation fees may apply as per the exhibitor agreement.
6. Liability & Insurance
6.1. Haute Jewels and its organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring during the event.
6.2. Exhibitors are advised to arrange appropriate insurance coverage for their exhibits, personnel, and third-party liabilities.
7. Intellectual Property & Marketing
7.1. By participating, exhibitors grant Haute Jewels permission to use their brand name, logo, and images for promotional purposes.
7.2. Haute Jewels is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements by exhibitors.
8. Code of Conduct
8.1. Exhibitors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards fellow exhibitors, attendees, and event staff.
8.2. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the event without refund.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Haute Jewels is registered.
By submitting an application, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Any other terms, conditions or requirements will be submitted through the agreed upon contract after a successful application process.
