When passion runs in the blood. Lalla and Davide Busatti are third-generation jewelers who come from a family of jewelers dating back to 1947. To liberally express their passion, vision, and unique hands-on experience, the siblings branched out on their own, founding Busatti 1947, spurred by their father’s motto, “Go your way and follow your instinct fearlessly. They learned the art of jewelry making at an early age, traveling extensively with their father, Luigi Busatti, to remote exotic countries such as India, Japan, Thailand, and Indonesia. Here, they learned to use early morning daylight to perceive the color and quality of the stones, to listen to the sound of pearls by spinning them in their hands, and how to negotiate deals while building relationships.
